I place a huge emphasis on core strength and addressing proper form. You'll find a lot of supersets in my workouts to increase Muscular Endurance as well as induce fatigue. Add a 30-second cardio move between each set and you won't have an excuse not to get the results you're looking for.

The #1 reason I believe I’ve had success in a tough industry with huge turnover is because I am essentially YOU. Someone that wants to be fit, yet indulge in food and drinks on occasion. In today's age of information for workouts, exercise descriptions, and apps, the value I bring to the table is making sure you're doing it right. Weight position in the feet, balance between left and right sides, balance between antagonistic muscle groups, posture, how you stand, how you sit: these factors will determine your fitness, your injury risk, and your quality of life as you age.

I firmly believe that a good trainer, life coach, or wellness expert must always keep in mind that behavior modification is at the root of our work. The advice I give you won't matter unless I can figure out how to motivate you to make the changes necessary to implement it.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing my clients get healthier in every aspect. When you notice the many positive changes in your clients that you helped them achieve is the most amazing and rewarding feeling ever. I love watching my clients gain strength, endurance and whatever their special goals are. The best is to notice their confidence sky rocket and the fact that they always look forward to our training session-it always lets me know that what I'm doing is really making a difference in my clients lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Kourtney was a gymnastics coach for 8 yrs and loved working with all ages and all levels. She has always felt her best when she was able to make a positive impacts in others lives.

After graduating with her Bachelors in Nutritional Science Kourtney wanted to move on & solely focus on helping others of all ages and levels of physical condition achieve overall health, fitness and wellness.

Kourtney works with her clients to understand their fitness goals, creating a customized strategy for helping them achieve new personal milestones.

She prides herself in providing her clients customized training and teaching them to make healthy choices in their day-to-day lives.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Virtual Training for most of my clients however I do offer in my home gym in EHT. I am vaccinated & boosted and when I need to go out wear a make anywhere I go. I take all the necessary precautions & care about other people’s health just as much as my own.
