I've never been into exercising but since having kids, stopping smoking and just going through this crazy thing we call life .... I gained a lot of weight. I won a free membership to Superior through a generous donation that Michelle gave to HS East gift auction... boy am I glad she did that and I won it!
First I was like oh poop I won that vs the firepit ... haha. I must say I am so happy I won it. 2 days later after winning I went and met Michelle. I also brought a friend. Michelle was awesome! Very welcoming, friendly, showed us around and answered all our questions. We both signed up before we left. So far I love it. Classes that I've done so far are hard but I am working muscles now I haven't used in a very long time. So far Coach wise I've had Diane n Justin and they both were awesome.
Anyone looking for a gym especially the people that aren't picture perfect I truly recommend Superior.

I used to be really religious about going to the gym when I lived in both Maryland and Long Island, but I had trouble finding a gym that suited all my needs once I got back to New Jersey. KS seems to fit that. Although there are competing gyms in the area that have a larger selection of equipment for a lower price, KS is family owned, much friendlier, and has a more central location. There are also not a lot of "juice-heads" who go there. It tends to be a a pretty non-pretentious crowd. It could just be open a little later.
Should I work out every day of the week?
It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!
