I enjoy interacting with clients and watch their fitness progression from action stage of I can't do this to this is becoming easier, and can do more or I can't walk a flight of stair without feeling breathless or tired to am running my first 5k next week or am starting to feel better and stronger without the back or leg pain or am going on my first cruise after 2-knee surgery and working with me for 1.5 year after quitting physical therapy since it's not working.
