Feed Your Soul Fitness has been serving the local Northwest Denver area since 2014 in our 3,500 sq ft training studio. Our focus is to help busy people feel better and be healthier with sustainable fitness and nutrition.

Our private training studio specializes in beginner to intermediate fitness levels as well as supporting people with injuries or limitations.

I attended Ashley’s jump rope workshop on Saturday. I had been trying to teach myself w/ online videos but honestly Ashley’s class taught me more in 90 min than months of watching youtubes. I have been working out with Feed Your Soul Fitness for a little over a year now. I have tried the classes and nutrition and personal training. I love all the aspects of this gym because the instructors are all fantastic. They have really helped me get stronger from a knee injury and a torn rotator cuff. I have worked with a nutritionist and have learned so much about how to change some of my eating habits, but also get to have one night a week to eat out with friends. I absolutely love working with Brandy because she is so motivating. If anyone wants to be a part of a community, this is the place!!! More...

Feed Your Soul Fitness is more than a gym - it's a community! I look forward to my 5:30am workouts because not only are the workouts AMAZING and the right kind-of challenge - but I love the people! I'm friends with people now. It's AWESOME! The personal coaching has been a game changer for me. Brandy is top notch when it comes to coaching and accountability. I recently had a baby and she is helping me get my body healthy again. She checks in daily. She shares recipe ideas. She is such a positive influence in my everyday life.

I HIGHLY recommend FYSF to anyone looking for a community of individuals that will help you be your best self and the total bonus is you feel healthy in ALL aspects of life! I've been a part of other "trendy" workouts and nothing compares to FYSF. It's truly the best in Colorado!

Feed your Soul Fitness provides a welcoming and non judgmental atmosphere like no fitness studio I've ever been too. I've never felt so comfortable in all my life. That's just how the owner Brandy makes you feel along with all of her staff. You are supported and encouraged every step of your journey. I had an amazing personal coach for a nutrition program for 24 weeks in which I was able to lose 50 lbs. I gained endless knowledge which I still carry with me everyday. The small group fitness classes are perfect. I've been going to them since 2019 and feel so much stronger and confident after each class. I get lots of modifications for all my injuries and never feel out of place from the group. This place has literally saved my life. I have lost 70+ lbs and continue to get stronger. I have used them for personal training, nutritional coaching and go to small classes 5 times a week. They are great for modifying exercises to accommodate any limitations. There special classes are amazing as well. Step, kickboxing, zumba etc. More...

Q&As

Nutrition and Exercise go hand in hand; the common phrase "You can't out exercise a bad diet" sums that up. With that said, we understand that, for various reason, sometimes an individual won't be ready to take on both. It may be better for them to start with one or the other and we support people with what they need and want. We meet our clients where they are at and focus on finding sustainable, approachable foot steps to get to long term goals.
Even if a client isn't ready to fully dive into nutrition, we do advocate for them to eat more whole, clean foods, consume less processed foods as well as to drink more water while they start exercising. We want our clients to have fuel for the exercise they do.

First, it's learning their long term goals, then breaking down those 'big bolders' into 'smaller rocks' so they are more attainable. We always listen to the client for any injuries or limitations they have physically and help them learn modifications as needed so they have success each training session.
Each milestone that is achieved, be it holding a plank longer, using more weights in a movement, we CELEBRATE!
Making the habits consistent and helping it fit the overall lifestyle is also important for clients to achieve their fitness goals, so we talk a lot about that when you train with us.
Also, our unique approach regarding the 'Mind-Body Connection' has our clients more tuned in and aware of their bodies, which always helps with results!

First, falling in love with WHO you are first- no matter what your body looks like, finding love and joy for who you are is a priority. Naturally, we all have body composition goals and we love helping people achieve those goals.
A few other secrets would be:
1)Consistently Good vs Occasionally Perfect Mentality will help to ensure you don't swing from All to Nothing

2) Do exercise that you LOVE! If you HATE tennis or Zumba, don't do it! Find something you love, so that you will be more apt to doing it more often. Will you love it all? No way! But finding a few things will keep passion in your journey which helps get the body of your dreams.

3) Sleep! So many skimp out on sleep! Operating at 6 or less hours is detrimental in so many ways. Your body needs to recover in more ways than one and sleep is how it does that.

4) Reduce Alcohol and Increase Water: Cutting back on booze helps reduce inflammation, increases quality sleep and frankly, nothing about alcohol is healthy. Most people are chronically dehydrated which causes a ripple affect so get your jug of water and chug for the dream body you crave!

Working with a variety of people is fun! We've worked with moms, dads, young, older, newbie and athletes.

As the owner of FYSF, it all came to head when I left my corporate job at a store manager after 6 years and found myself at my heaviest and unhappiest. A few months later, I pursued Yoga to help me find me again. The following summer, I took a Yoga Teacher Training (best decision of my life!) and fell in love with my body, how I used it, how it felt, how I moved it.
After graduating the YTT, I moved into more trainings/certifications including TRX, Indoor Cycling, Kettlebells and then became a Certified Personal Trainer.

I spent 6 years in Denver working at 6 different locations for franchises, big box gyms, health clubs etc teaching yoga, training 1:1 clients and coaching spin classes. As I connected with clients over the years, It was clear to me that creating a special place for my people was needed. I watched poor customer service, poor management and wanted to make the best environment for my customers.
In 2014, I ran an outdoor program from May-Oct known as Fitness and Yoga in the Park. Spring of 2015 we started our first brick and mortar location and have been there since!

Choosing FYSF for your exercise and/or nutrition needs is the best choice you can make because you will be dealing with professionals from a company that has been around since 2014. I hear horror stories from people coming to us about experiences they have had with trainers or nutrition coaches. Whether it's too aggressive workouts or templated nutrition that's not personalized, you will NOT get that from us.

We take a customized approach to each individual and meet them where they are at. A big part of this is listening to the client and getting to know about their lifestyle.

Yes! Our training and our nutrition programs can all be done in person or remotely. Our studio is located in Northwest Denver, but we have clients all over the USA. If you have zoom, you can do our training or meet with our Nutrition coaches.

Our studio goes through regular cleanings as well as deep cleanings. Exercise equipment is sanitized and we have ample ventilation including 2 doors, 2 vent fans and 6 circulating fans.
We do not allow sick people to come to our studio; we encourage them to stay home and get well. All individuals must follow current guidelines when either exposed to someone with Covid or tests positive for covid.

Services

Our Registered Dietitians or Clinical Nutritionists can work with you from a variety of approaches. They will learn what is best for your body, goals and lifestyle and discuss if Intuitive Eating, Macros, Gut Health or Lifestyle eating (PCOS, Gluten Free etc) is best for you.

Most of all, we meet you where you are at and help design a nutrition program that fits your lifestyle.

If you have injuries or limitations, our Corrective Exercise Specialists will ensure you are safe, in proper form and understand what the exercise is all about.

The coaches at FYSF are compassionate, caring, professional and want you to love training. Rest assured you will be provided individualized guidance with an emphasis on sustainability. Personal Training sessions are all 45 minutes and can be done in our studio or online from home via Zoom.
