I have a degree in biology and kinesiology, as well as many certifications I have achieved over the 25 years I have been personal training.

I am located in the dtc (denver tech center (south denver)) and my rates are $100/session for private sessions in my private personal training gym and $120 for in-home private sessions. I also have couple rates and group rates. A free session is included with every 10-pack purchase. Daily nutrition consulting is included with this price as well as learning individualized exercises and a program for you to do on your own (if that is desired). You will also learn individualized stretching and foam rolling techniques.

Coach Jenny is incredibly knowledgeable regarding health/nutrition and fitness. This knowledge and profound personal trainer experience has delivered excellent results for me. Jenny takes the time to get to know what you want to accomplish. She takes the time to help analyze your nutrition and gives you ways to improve. I workout at least 5 days a week and I felt I was in a rut. I didn't feel as if I were progressing in my fitness training. She teaches you proper workout form and shows you different ways to challenge your body which is already allowing me to see results that I want.
