Amy offers 1:1 personal training, group training, 1:1 run coaching as well as group coaching, online personal training, online run coaching, and nutrition counseling. Personal training sessions are held at Alpha Athlete Training Center in Wheat Ridge. Coaching is held at either Alpha Athlete or at the local Jeffco track.

Amy is super awesome. She is helpful and encouraging, amd most importantly gets results! I've done gazillions of diets, programs, and trainers and Amy has been the only one to make me look and feel better than ever. For example, i went from not being able to do jumping jacks or jump rope at all due to knee pain, and in months i was done using modifications! More...

Amy is the best! I’ve been seeing Amy since June 2018 for strength training and run coaching— and I’m hooked. I really appreciate her whole person and mind/body approach. She goes above and beyond to teach and support me in every session, and helps me be accountable to my goals in between sessions. I've never known a trainer to care SO DEEPLY about the results their clients see. Amy goes above and beyond constantly. I HIGHLY recommend Amy for virtual training.
Her business is not flashy and pricey as others are. She trains real, working, busy adults.

I am a middle school teacher. In the past, I couldn't balance running with school. With Amy, her manageable plan has not only allowed me to run, but also strengthen twice a week.

Also, Amy is personable. She is consistently available for questions and advice, but most importantly, moral support. After my half-marathon, I texted her after I crossed the finish line to tell her my time and share my excitement.

I have been working with Amy for a few years now and her energy and enthusiasm for health, fitness, and running is contagious! She creates personalized plans that are easy to follow and adaptable to your lifestyle. I worked with her to get back into running and was running for 7 minutes straight in no time, a record for myself, I am still worked on becoming a better runner, and decided for the winter months to focus on her HIIT training program. 5 stars all around!!!! I reached out to Amy to tone up for an upcoming trip to the beach and she was absolutely incredible! First of all I NEVER work out and Its not my fave thing to do. Amy met with me (digitally I live out of town) sent me a detailed fitness plan, helped me with meals and always checked in with me for progress. She was always available, she encouraged me when I wanted to give up and listened to me when I needed a non judgmental listening ear! I'm so happy with my progress, I started to see results within the first week and a half. The workouts were fun and accessible (I did them in my home) I'm so satisfied with my body and I intend to move forward in my fitness journey. I'm met Amy shortly after she moved here from New York & we became friends from the start. I had "plateaued" with my strength training, so I immediately hired her as my personal trainer. She worked with me, pointing out the things that I needed to do to be able to overcome this "plateau". I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise in all areas of fitness, training, and dieting! Amy is awesome! I see Amy 2x a week for a group training session. She makes me work hard but also recognizes what I can and cannot do. She's really amazing at making sure I'm getting a great workout with the proper modifications since I have several injuries that prevent me from performing some basic exercises such as jumping rope. Every workout is different, so she keeps our brains AND our muscles from getting bored, and results are REAL. I'm quite heavy (last weight was 283 lbs) and I'm wearing pants that I haven't worn in years because they were previously too small, and I attribute that to Amy. Thanks Amy!! More...

I would highly recommend Amy for your personal training needs if your goal is to get results. Her rates are so reasonable for the high level caliber training she provides. I am an avid runner, ran D1 XC and D1 track in college and feel like Amy is elite when it comes to personalizing a plan. She now lives out of state and does convenient online training. While there is certainly work to be done inside the gym, there is equally as much work to do outside of it. First and foremost, I stress the importance of a mindset change and the knowledge of a lifestyle change. The client should consider journaling their food as well as their exercise. We discuss goals, fitness and medical history, and diet. A LIFESTYLE CHANGE is much different from a fad diet/exercise program. What can we change about your diet and exercise that is maintainable long term?

I enjoy forming life-long relationships with my clients and I celebrate meeting each and every goal we set together.

I've worked in corporate gyms, rec centers, and private boutique gyms so I feel like I've seen it all! There came a point where I simply wanted more autonomy with my clients. I'm also not much of a sales person, and so many of these gyms insist that you sell, and sell HARD. Finally, it's tough to make a living as a personal trainer when you owe half of your session fee to the gym you train out of.

I have experience training all populations. I provide individualized training for each client by keeping their history, any current limitations and future goals in mind.
