It's addictive! The coaches are all fantastic and I always have an excellent workout! Highly motivational and can't think of a better way to get fit and have fun!

We've been working out at Project Move for almost a year now. We are moving out of the area, and i'm most bummed about the move because now we'll be too far away from PM. This is the best gym i've ever been to, and it's set the bar for my expectations for any future gym. The coaches, team atmosphere, amazing facilities, convenient class schedule, and top-of-the-line equipment make this gym a level above the rest. What you get for the price is unbelievable. We've made some great friendships at this gym, and if we ever move back within a 30 minute radius of PM, I guarantee we will sign back up the first day we're back. Project Move has been my home away from home since I came from Oregon out here to Colorado. Everyone there has been unreal nice and welcoming, making my first Crossfit experience a great one. Next to my morning coffee, it is the thing I look forward to the most in my day. The things I like the most about this gym is the great community, cleanliness of the gym, variety of workouts, and the quality of all the equipment. Honestly best Crossfit class I've ever taken. Trainer Jordan was super helpful and made sure everyone was prioritizing form and safety over speed. He even stopped a few folks during the WOD to reinforce proper form and even had one gal reduce weight. Facility was nice and large and had everything you'd hope for. More...

Shane and Jordan are excellent trainers who care about helping people change their body through education, correct form, encouragement and hard work. Since joining ProjectMOVE, I have nothing but great things to say this place. It all starts with the amazing owners of the gym and everything trickles down from there. They focus on community, fitness, health and life in general. They partner with physical therapists, doctors and even yoga studios (4 free yoga classes a month at Outlaw Yoga!) to make sure athletes are well rounded and taking care of themselves. The coaches push and work with each individual athlete to grow in strength, fitness and proper technique. On top of all that the community at ProjectMOVE is absolutely amazing. Whether you are: a desk athlete, a mom athlete, a weekend warrior athlete, or a world class athlete, everything you do is a skill that you need to do well. Just like any professional athlete if you are experiencing pain, stiffness, weakness, poor coordination or balance it slows you down and in some ways can cost you time, energy, and money!

At Personal Training Denver we customize our training around EACH INDIVIDUAL and their personal health and fitness goals. Whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle, be more fit, get rid of pain, or take your training to the next level, we look at the whole spectrum of what would maximize your results daily and address any deficits that may be holding you back. Depending on your goals, we will create a unique program for you to make you stronger, leaner, and give you optimal performance daily, so you can lead a healthy active life!

Interestingly enough, better brain function! Most health and fitness professionals focus solely on body mechanics and nutrition and treat the body from a structural stand point. We have all heard that in order to be healthy you need to eat right and exercise.

The paradigm shift here is, we believe you need to get "healthy" first in order exercise and eat right. What do we mean by that? Exercise and nutrition are only pieces to the puzzle. Modern neuroscience shows that the eyes, skin, muscles, tendons, inner ear, the nose and number of other components are constantly sending inputs to our brain to help our brains determine how to move well through the world. So in a basic sense, if you have poor visual skills, poor balance, or an inability to feel or do certain things in areas of your body, it makes it hard for your brain to decide what that information means and it changes your ability to move well in the world. We focus on training these different input systems a long with exercise in our sessions to improve your movement so you can move better and do more, and in turn, get better results than ever! I literally get to witness people's lives change. Daily. Every session my clients get results and are able to do something they were unable to do before. The astonished looks on their faces is priceless. To see my clients achieve their goals in half the time it would normally take, because they can do more and they are having fun, is incredible and a true privilege.

When I graduated massage school almost 13 years ago, I had the opportunity of working out of my mom's personal training studio. She handed me a list of numbers and names of clients to call to offer a special, and I immediately received a loyal clientele base. I ended up becoming a Personal Trainer and eventually partner in that company. I loved it. I am a natural entrepreneur. Unfortunately that business closed after my father died, but I was able to keep a loyal following and start my own company. I haven't looked back since. I love my job, and I love my clients!

Honestly, because I offer something that almost no one else in the Littleton/Denver area is offering. There are only a few of us Personal Trainers that understand the enormous disservice the health and fitness industry has created in the United States. Most health and fitness professionals are working from a misunderstanding of how the body works. Not to say that other trainers aren't getting results, because they are. However, the training I offer sets people up for a life of injury prevention, better health and vitality, and better long term results with their fitness and performance goals. The reason for that is, I am focusing on my client's individual nervous system, which governs and controls EVERYTHING.
