As a Certified Master Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and former Equinox Tier lll instructor, I specialize in Weight Loss, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness and Woman's Fitness. And I implement functional training, cardio-respiratory endurance, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, wellness coaching, and movement screen assessments.
It is my joy working with entirely female clientele, that are dedicated to keeping their health on the right track and understand the value and benefit of having exclusively tailored training sessions with a trainer that not only cares about them, but also cares about their success and holds them accountable for that success. It’s ultimately up to you, but I will motivate you and push you in a progressively safe manner, challenging you every step of the way. We are in this together!
Each individual session that I program is comprehensive, safe and effective. However, most people don’t realize that even with the very finest and most intense exercise regimen, it can only contribute to a mere 20% of your fitness goals; which is why I incorporate nutrition education along with your exercise program.

La Bonty Fitness offers clients one on one sessions at the convenient 24 hour gym at the SAVOY or in the privacy and convenience of their own home. All modalities and equipment are brought to you. Sessions end with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, which is included in the 12, 16, and 20 pack of sessions.
