Prodigy Gym and Fitness is a RESULTS oriented gym! Everyone that comes here is here to do work and get results whether they are brand new to working out or expert levels! With the very best equipment in the industry (over 72 hand picked plate loaded machines--10-12 for EVERY body part all designed to isolate and target each muscle in a different way) to ensure the entire body can be safely trained from beginning to expert levels or injury rehabilitation. The gym is mapped out with each machine having a number to it so workouts can be easily followed! We offer personal training for each category with an expert in each discipline from beginning to advanced weight training, injury rehabilitation, body transformation, weight training for people over 45, weight training for people under 16, sports specific training, and bodybuilding/powerlifting. This is not your normal "club" atmosphere as again all of Prodigy's members come here to actually workout and get results! So if results are what you are looking for be it body transformation (we have members who have lost over 100lbs!!!!), rehab an injury or surgery (all of our equipment was hand picked with isolation and safety for each muscle in mind), weight training from the beginning level to expert, or just to be in an environment that is super friend and results oriented.... THEN LOOK NO MORE!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

First we sit down and discuss goals. After establishing what the fitness goals are we then can analyze the current situation. Diet, workout habits, cardio-vascular training, and supplementation (vitamins/minerals, etc). By taking a look at the current situation we can build a realistic new program to accomplishing the clients goals through diet/weight lifting/ and cardio-vascular training.
The new programs are set in 4 week obtainable chunks so that we can keep the client motivated and more importantly accomplishing the goals we set together!

What do you love most about your job?

The before and after photos of the great big smiles on peoples faces. I love to see peoples whole lives change when they obtain the look or performance levels they are seeking.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I spent a lifetime in the competitive arena and I felt God had given me a very particular set of skills that I needed to make sure as many people as possible had access to.

I have a lifetime of experience in helping clients accomplish their fitness goals and a book of before and afters to prove it!
