I offer in-person and live remote personal training. My science-based coaching method does more than just teach you how to exercise. In the end, it won’t be just about what you lose, but what you’ll gain: knowledge, control, and the confidence that comes with knowing you’re capable of anything.

I’ve trained with Montique now on and off for the past 3 years, however consistently now for the last 9 months having 2-3 session a week! Not only do I feel healthier within myself, I can also see massive changes within my body, loss in body fat and dropping dress sizes from a 14/16 to a 10/12 I couldn’t of done this without the support and help from Montique in and outside of the gym!! Have been having PT sessions with Montique for over 18 months and can honestly say he has made me enjoy exercising again. Montique has been very encouraging and supportive, I have lost weight and my body has changed I have got a way to go but I know with Montique’s encouragement I will reach my goals.

Montique is an amazing personal trainer. Very motivational! And results happen quickly as long as you follow his advice… He replies to questions and enquiries quickly during the week so is always able to help, his sessions make you work hard so you know you’ve worked out! Definitely recommend!!

Weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost 14 pounds in 31 days. Could not of done it without the help from Montique. I can’t stick to a diet and I always join the gym and go twice then cancel my membership. Montique has helped me completely change my diet and make me be more confident in myself when it comes to exercise. I was so nervous about starting personal training with him as I’ve never done anything like it before but the professionalism, encouragement and support I’ve received is amazing!! More...

Services

Live 45 minute workouts from the comfort of your home. All done via Zoom or Facetime. I will take you through customized workouts while motivating you and making real-time adjustments to make sure you’re safe and maximizing your results.

You will feel welcome and comfortable the minute you walk through the doors, and each one of our workouts lasts only 45 minutes.

We use is a specific blend of functional based training methods with Kettlebells, Bodyweight, Dumbells, Barbells, and other unique strength elements to give you everything you need to become the fittest, strongest, healthiest version of yourself.
