I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, strength and endurance training, increase in flexibility and mobility. I also have a Corrective Exercise Specialization certificate through NASM.

I customize a nutrition plan based on their metabolism, and also check in with them weekly on their progress. I customize workouts that they perform during the one on one training, and also customize workouts for them to do on their own.

Seeing my clients’ results and their progress. One of my clients was in their 60s and she couldnt pull herself off the floor while getting back up from stretching, after a few months of training with me, she aas able to pull herself up by herself. It was an awesome achievement to see.

Services

One on one training specializing in Fat loss, muscle gain, strength & endurance, increase in flexibility and mobility. Included in my services is customized workouts for the week. When you sign up with one on one training, I include a nutrition plan for you to follow as well!

If interested in a nutrition plans, i customize your plan according to your metabolism and check in weekly with your progress, and adjust when needed!

If you dont have the availability or finances to to do one on one training, I offer online training that includes a customized nutrition plan. I program workouts for you to do during the week on your own and conduct weekly check ins (progress reports).
