I believe what sets me apart as a coach and a trainer is my ability to be empathetic to the vulnerability and mental blocks that often come with the struggle of weight gain and unhealthy living. I pull from first hand experience as I had to take on a massive weight loss journey myself.

Far too much focus is put on, “What foods to eat/not eat in order to loose weight?” It’s true, dietary choices will lead to weight loss, BUT consider this...

The nutrition you fuel yourself with heavily influences your mood, immune system, energy level, ability to focus, and impacts your health in the long and short term.

Making changes to your nutrition should be done so purposefully. You have to enjoy your meals! You will not be successful long term if you feel deprived.

Food is typically at the center of most of our social gatherings, date-nights, holidays, and parties. You will remain successful during these times of celebration if you are equipped to make balanced choices beforehand!

I am determined to make this time different for you. I believe many individuals struggle with maintaining weight loss because they didn’t learn the “why’s” behind the plan. How are you supposed to make this a lifestyle change if you don’t receive the education to enable your independence after your plan is through?

I will equip you with the education that is necessary for life-long, sustainable results

1-There is no secret.
2-“The body of your dreams” conversation is not one I encourage my clients to focus on, not in the beginning at least. This is a surefire way to set yourself up for disappointing expectations-especially if you are just starting out in your journey.

When I changed my language from, “I want to get into the best shape of my life”
To then focusing on
“I WILL NOT give up this time”
“I want to feel happy, motivated, &
energized”

“I want to look like I workout”
“I want to look like I am healthy”
“I want to feel comfortable wearing shorts”

Because I genuinely switched my focus to these goals, I stayed consistent & that led me to now being in the best shape of my life.

I love to see how much my clients life as a whole starts to profit from them taking control of their health.

When you start to take control of your health, your happiness, and physical appearance, you eventually start to tackle other mountains in your life. I love to watch this enfold.

I fought through my own 50 Lb. weightloss journey 6 years ago. I was certainly humbled along the way. I pulled from every piece of my educational background, yet still found myself yearning for guidance in this new fitness scene.

I felt uncomfortable, out of place, and confused when I was confronted with so much conflicting information.

Thankfully, I stuck with it and I ended up changing my life. The lessons I learned the hard way enabled me to be a better coach. I help lay the groundwork for success with my clients as they embrace this new lifestyle.

I am honored and humbled once more as my clients welcomed me to be a part of their life-changing pivot.

I have been there!!! As a teenager, I battled an eating disorder that nearly took my life.

In early adulthood (and a massive fight won) I settled into a healthy average weight and maintained this weight for years.

I then experienced a life changing year and gained a significant amount of weight in a 6 month span. I was unrecognizable.

Through healthy and consistent practices I not only lost 50 Lbs., but I simultaneously built lean muscle mass, discontinued all medication, seized the use of all vices, worked my way into the best shape of my life, improve each panel (consistently) on blood work-up’s, and developed my mental health into the best state it has ever been.

I have lead every client towards success by supporting them through the same execution I practice to this day.

Absolutely! Most of my coaching (fitness and nutrition coaching) has been executed on-line.

Regardless of the plan you choose, I incorporate thorough detail in each step of the process.

I take into consideration that all individuals thrive differently.
I take this into account by adapting different coaching techniques based on the client.

Luckily, with on-line coaching, modifications have not been needed.

For my local clients, I will wear a mask as I personally train as well as I can maintain distance through the training session.
