I just started training with Casey in June. I was coming off a car accident that left me physically unable to do the type of activity I was used to. As a former fitness junkie, this was a big disappointment. Each time I tried to get myself back into shape, I would end up hurting myself so I decided it was time to hire a professional.I explained all my challenge to Casey and he designed a program that would enable me to build strength without injury. Casey challenges me, but doesn't push to the point of physical pain.I'm 6 weeks into the training program and I can already feel the difference. I am physically stronger, I don't have pain and I am starting to see results. I intend to stick it out for the long haul confident that I will get where I want to be by the end of the year - I want to be one of those reveals! If you want a trainer that works with you and not against you, then you need to go see Casey! I have trained with Casey on and off for years. As a personal trainer, he is the best. Casey is not going to push you to do things that you shouldn't be doing. I am a chiropractor and have sent many patients to him to help them get into better shape and health. In addition, I have had my fair share of injuries and had to work slowly back into getting in shape. Casey knows when and how to push you so you stay healthy. Recently, Casey has started doing group fitness classes and people are loving them. I trust him so much that he will start training my three teenage boys and help them learn solid exercise habits. He cares about clients’ safety along the way so you can feel good knowing you are going at a pace that is best for you. I highly recommend Casey Wilson as a personal trainer! More...

A sincere, caring, hard working trainer who works with you in a comfortable and convenient private facility in downtown Roseville.   Casey has a relaxed atmosphere with 1 on 1 training sessions and optional group sessions. The workouts are at a customized pace that are both challenging and doable. He corrects your form, motivates, is easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. He uses a variety of exercise equipment and styles to make the training fun.  After each workout I feel confident, pumped and exhausted.  Prices are affordable between $30-$50 a session.Pros: private workout sessions, affordable, flexible times for scheduling, comfortable pace, friendly with resultsCons: You're working with a personal trainer in private gym, the space is quaint.  If you're goal is to kick start your health I'd recommend using a personal trainer to get started. (If you're tight on money I wouldn't suggest using a personal trainer for a long term plan, but instead, as a transition towards a healthier lifestyle.) More...

I really appreciate Brian's approach to personal training.  He puts the "fun" in functional fitness! After a few years of intense training for bikini fitness competitions, I was burnt out on my workouts. Brian helped me kick-start my program. After our first workout together, I was hooked.  Now I look forward to training again!  I especially like that he offers 30-minute sessions that fit into my busy schedule.  I'm also a member of his super-affordable online training program, so I can work out at home or on the road. His private gym is located in Old Town Roseville, easy to find and with plenty of parking.  And, he's a massage therapist, so you can get a great workout and then recover with a great massage.  All around recommended! When I thought of exercise and working with a personal trainer I was nervous. Not being in the best of shape I didn't know what to expect ! I never imagined coming to work out with Brian could give me so much. He is patient and designs your sessions based on where you are physically . There is no hard core, boot camp experience  but rather an encouraging and motivating environment that makes you want to achieve more.  I am looking forward to a healthier and stronger version of me which I know this place will help me get to. I am approaching my 50th birthday and decided it was now or never to start to get in shape so that I could stay active for many, many more years to come.  Brian has helped me adjust my diet so that I am losing pounds and inches in a safe and effective manner all while putting on muscle and increasing flexibility with his exercise program. Brian is extremely knowledgeable in both nutrition and exercise science.  He carefully designs the exercise programs to help you meet your goals. He makes sure you understand exactly why you are doing the exercises and what the benefits are. Classes are small and you receive personal attention the entire time to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.  I highly recommend Brian and Roseville Strength and Conditioning. I approached Brian in July of 2014 to find out if he did personal training because his speeches at our Toastmasters Club demonstrated a great deal of knowledge about health. At the time I was about to undergo tests for Multiple Sclerosis and I shared that my goal was to fight as hard as I could, to take responsibility for doing my part in getting my life back. I had many symptoms of which included a crushing fatigue, and many other embarrassing things that had crept up and were changing or even cancelling life as I knew it. The first thing Brian did was send me a TedTalk link by Dr. Terry Wahls who has Progressive MS and has gotten her life back. I was inspired to say the least, there was hope. Then we started a program of training. I spent time crying and talking about my concerns. Brian listened. We worked out, I followed every instruction grasping anything I could to feel better. I ate almost perfectly (BBQ potato chips being my only treat for awhile until I weaned myself). The pounds started melting away fairly rapidly then once I gave up the chips, the weight just kept going down fast. But here's what happened that's most important: My energy started coming back really quickly. Most of my symptoms cleared up in about six months. No more embarrassing issues. After nine months I started eating some grains that I knew I shouldn't have and those embarrassing issues came right back! Connection made! I still cheat a little and right now I'm struggling with sugar but with Brian's support, knowledge and encouragement I have my life back. I have my life back!!! I hike often, work out religiously and eat a more nutritious diet than ever because that's what I've learned makes a high quality life. I'm 57 and I intend to living a very full and active life without illness and fatigue. And I'm in control thanks to Brian to whom I owe everything. There's no way I can thank him enough! More...

There are so many great things I want to say about Casey and his personal training.  Firstly, I joined Wilson Personal Training in January 2014 to ensure my workout schedule would not fall out of place as I work full time and I coach lacrosse locally in the spring time.  Casey and I sat and and worked out a schedule that would eventually lead me to feeling the best physically since my lacrosse playing days in college. Mind you, I'm 6'2" and when I started with Casey, I was pushing 190 lbs, and it wasn't all muscle.  Casey has helped me shred a lot of the post-collegiete and I've gained a fair amount of muscle as Casey introduced me to a lot of cardio workouts, circuit training and then into heavy weights.  Casey is a great trainer, knows the work outs and is very motivating.  My body fat % from a 6 month training schedule (varied from 1 - 3 days a week depending on my coaching schedule) dropped from 17.9% to 10.9%.  THANKS CASEY!! Just a year ago I had invasive shoulder surgery and when January arrived I was extremely weak, having been unable to work out for years. It was then that I decided to search for a personal trainer, which wasn't easy, as there are so many!. I knew I needed one on one training and someone who specialized in rehabilitation of shoulders. Casey's personal website was the answer and his video really encouraged me to make that first phone call. Casey is professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and motivates when I say " I can't do that!' Over the past five months not only has my shoulder become stronger but my whole body, as he mixes cardio, core, legs and of course upper body. We've had to take it very slowly but the difference is already quite amazing. I intend to continue training with him until I feel I'm strong enough to work out alone. I trust him implicitly and recommend him to anyone, whether it's for rehab, to get in shape or to learn how to work out correctly! Thank you Casey for your constant support as I could never have come this far without you! More...

I have tried personal trainers many times in the past and each time has met with failure because the trainer didn't listen to me. I'm a very large woman and these folks didn't seem to understand how deconditioned I was. Casey listens. And he's your biggest cheerleader, whatever your fitness level. He's compassionate and creative. Casey is a total professional and I just adore working with him. Workouts are never boring and he helps me believe in myself. I've never stuck with a trainer this long ever. I would recommend Casey to any of my family or friends that were looking for a trainer!Update: Casey now trains my daughter 3x a week. She was reluctant to say the least, especially to train with a guy. But she worked out with him just once, and when she came out, she was proud of her hard work and happy. She liked Casey, she said, because "he listens to you". Yes, he does. Every time she does there, she comes out happier than she was when she went in. And he knows just what she needs. One of my favorite things about Casey is that he's so organized and no-nonsense, in a kind way. He's a true professional. More...

I want to give a shout-out to my friend, and trainer, Casey Wilson. Casey and I have been friends since we were kids and now he has a great personal training business in Roseville, CA.   I have been working with him on and off for a few years now and he is awesome. Most recently, as some of you know, I began my quest to be "FIT BY 40". Although I would love to work out with Casey all the time, my schedule doesn't allow it. So instead, Casey has set up workouts that I do at the gym or even at home. Yesterday I met with him and he set me up with a completely new workout to "shock my system" after the 8 weeks of training I just completed (I'm sore already from the new workout). Casey will work with you to help you with specific needs or concerns and he is always available if I have stupid questions or need advice. I have known Casey forever and he's like a brother to me. Therefore, he calls me on my B.S. and won't let me slack on anything. That is my special need. If you're looking for some help with your fitness and weight loss goals, call Casey. Tell him I sent you. More...
