My name is Delanee. Two years ago I delt with the agonizing pain of 2 slipped discs. Unsatisfied with the suggestion of pain pills or surgery, I began endless research of how to tackle sciatic pain. This experience began my own quest of solving the pain on my own terms. Changing my diet, refining my fitness routine, and gaining certified knowledge are the reasons I am pain free today. This journey opened my eyes to how many others were dealing with these issues.

I am now a Personal Trainer and Corrective Specialist. DBLife helps clients build strength, regain stability, creates ease of everyday movement, and reclaim confidence.
