How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The longest lasting changes occur with small daily changes, so I really focus on the day to day habits that will lead to them reaching those fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A combination of right type of nutrition for them and the right mix of cardio and strength training. Every BODY is different and there is no one size fits all method.
What do you love most about your job?
I love when people look back after a month and realize how much better they feel, that they have more energy and are sleeping better, and it wasn't a drastic life change.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Covid shut down. I had a client ask if I could train them at their house during the shut down. It had never occurred to me to travel to clients instead of them coming to me. It was the perfect business model for the times and it continues to offer clients the consistency they need.
Why should our clients choose you?
There is a coaching style and method that works best for each us. I tend to a straight shooter and I will always ask you to do a little more, if I think you can be successful. So if that is what you are looking for in a coach, then I would be a good fit.

I provide services in one of three ways. Either I can travel to you, you can travel to my studio, or we can meet via Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have limited the group sizes to under 8 and we meet outside. The members of the group also stay with in that group time and do not change group times unless there is a need. I clean all the equipment between groups. and I offer the remote options for those that need to be at home or prefer not to meet in person .
Personal Fitness
One on one fitness training. This can be done online only or in person.
Nutrition Coaching
One on one coaching geared around making changes to eating habits, behaviors, and the relationships we have with food. Can be done in person or online.
Small Group Training
Fitness training for groups of people anywhere from 2-10 members. This can be done online or in person. Each class is one hour long and includes cardio and strength training.
Winter Wellness Challenge
An 8 week challenge to make small daily changes and keep them up over the holidays!! Challenge starts Nov 1 and goes until Jan 2. Anyone can join and at any time.
