I sit down with my clients from the start to find out what their short term and long goals are. They need to have the "reason" why they want this. They can't do this for anyone, but themselves.

Being consistence and make sure you stay on a routine. Yes, you can stray from this routine, but you will need to get back on track.

The people, the people are joy to work with. I love when people give challenges, this is were I rise to the occasion

I had my own health challenges after being an athlete for years. I got my routine and when down hill. I asked for help from "pros", but not getting the right answers. I had to do my own research and trained myself. I don't want people to have the challenges that I had to do to get myself right.
