After a few months into our wedding planning, myself and my fiancè realised that the scale of our wedding required an extra pair of hands. As all brides-to-be will know Google soon becomes your go to, for all things wedding! I researched for hours into wedding planners and in particular, on the day wedding coordination. Being a couple that both work in planning based roles we required the type of person that would meet our expectations and some. In first speaking to Sian over the phone, I was impressed by her warm, genuine, and professional approach. We spoke for a while and on that very first conversation Sian gave advice on the plans we had so far. I was impressed and knew BusyBrides was the company to book. We can honestly say that booking Sian as our on the day co-ordinator and toastmaster was the best thing we could have done. Our wedding had tight timings, filled with entertainment and several suppliers. We needed a strong character and experienced person to handle the level of suppliers as well as the timeline that we had created to ensure the day ran as we envisioned. In the lead up to the big day, Sian provided so much more than our package of on the day. Her suggestions and advice were so helpful as we both have such busy jobs that towards the end having someone provide a solution to the smallest of details is exactly what you need and we are so grateful to Sian for that. Our planning meeting was so useful and took a good few hours but Sian gave us her time until we had discussed and confirmed every detail. We never felt rushed, we felt like her only clients. The day ran smoothly, any issues that did arise we were never aware of as they were dealt with by Sian. Sian made a fantastic toastmaster helping to keep the momentum of the day moving whilst providing a formal yet personal touch in her performance. We honestly had the best day ever and so did all our guests! We are so grateful for everything Sian has done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend BusyBrides for wedding planning and being your toastmaster. Again, we just want to say a MASSIVE thank you Sian!
