My background and degree are design related- something that I am still extremely passionate about and incorporate into aspects of my work, such as choosing the perfect bouquet ribbons or looking at trending Pantone colours for my floral work. I like to keep up to date with what is happening in the wedding world and keep my work stylish and current. It took a huge leap of faith to leave the security of my design career, but I was ready to embark on an exciting new journey. Floristry had always been something I had dabbled in and the next step was to get qualified, which happened at the Covent Garden Flower Academy in London. One of the best things about starting up my own business has been the fantastic, passionate people I have met along the way, always willing to lend a hand and share their knowledge and experience which have been invaluable. I still get super excited every time I arrive at the flower market and like to allow plenty of time to indulge in perusing what’s new and in season.

Many couples I have worked with will admit to not having much knowledge about flowers and might just have a colour scheme in mind for me to work with, which is totally fine too!
