Having called several days earlier to identify the problem, they returned, drained my pond, removed my fish and 4 frogs to a holding tank, located the leak and advised me of the reason for it, repaired it, refilled the pond and returned my fish and the frogs to it. To say we are delighted with what Matt from NicePonds has created for us would be an understatement.In recent years, our poor old garden pond was looking very sorry for itself and was in dire need of a makeover.
