What do you love most about your job?

I've been using Instagram since it first came out. Being able to use it everyday to help brands reach their full potential is just awesome. The best feeling ever is when we publish our first report. Showing the +% in the reach, impressions and followers is a satisfying feeling.

What inspired you to start your own business?

At the age of 7 if someone asked me what I wanted to become when I was older, I would have said Aeronautical Engineer. One day I met my grandad's friend who told me he was a "business man". He used to import luxury rugs and sell them to rich locals. The money making side of his business didn't interest me (I was 7), but the ability to buy something and then sell it for a higher price by adding value got me interested. Ever since then, I would only play business simulation and manager games. Started selling FIFA online currency as soon as they launched Ultimate team. Then moved on to starting my own milkshake bar. I was an employer before I was ever an employee. Business is beautiful to me. It's taking something not worth much, adding some magic to it and giving it to people who find value.
