Having had lots of problems with our old boiler we decided it was time to change and asked John for advice and a quote . John visited at the date and time agreed and discussed the boiler he thought suitable to consider with no pressure to buy . We had a Vaillant ecoTEC boiler fitted on the 3rd/4th June and have been really pleased with the whole process of fitting and the boiler performance so far .John has been exceptional in his work from quoting for the work doing , installation and answering a query following the work . He has extensive knowledge about the products he is working with and has a brilliant work ethic . On completion of the work John ensured the gas safe certificate and guarantee were done before leaving and forwarded them to me .John ensured the system had a power flush before commencing connection to the boiler . He is meticulous in his work explaining each process to me . There was no mess , he protected the carpets and areas he was working in and ensured it was a smooth process . The boiler is very quiet when running , we have a continuous supply of hot water and no problems at all when using a shower that runs from a combination tap system .We haven’t had the heating on much given the time of year but when it has been on it is fine . Time will tell but so far the boiler exceeds the performance of our previous one.I had a slight problem with the VRT350f control but this was quickly rectified after discussion and problem solving advice from John and with a change of batteries to the unit all was rectified and John came to make sure we were happy and the problem was resolved.I would happily recommend John and should I need any further plumbing work doing he will be the first port of call .
