Martial arts can also build character as well as confidence and your child will have fun while developing both physically and mentally.

Red Eagle Martial Arts is a family friendly and special educational needs friendly school. We provide Martial arts class's that everyone is welcome to train in. We also offer 1-2-1 training which is very popular. We cover Karate, Kickboxing, Freestyle Karate, and Fitness. We teach the kids a range of important "life skills", helping to improve confidence, self-esteem, respect, teamwork, problem-solving, balance and coordination along with many more.
The Meikai Dojo is a purpose-built log cabin, fully matted and heated, with it's own toilet. It is a small, private, centre dedicated to the study of Eastern therapeutic and martial arts of Okinawan Te, Yoga and Shiatsu. 'External' teachers also use the facility to teach Yoga and Tai Chi classes. Teachers of other arts wishing to hire training space may do so, provided they work within the ethos of the establishment, which is to provide small, high quality classes that promote health and wellbeing.

we are a small group that is part of a large association providing good training opportunities both within club and on various courses throughout the world as we are a part of the world jujitsu Kobudo association we have regular grading's in club so no traveling to grade and regular courses in our clubs with visiting High grade instructors

Been coming for almost 2 years now, and it's brilliant. Really great mixture of techniques, thought provoking actions (in the event of conflict) and exercise. Have learnt so much, from footwork to striking, breathing and getting out of chokes / holds and so much more. Love the fact that I've still got loads to learn, and that we go over the previously learned stuff as well as being taught new. Have recommend it to so many people, as Keith, Steve and Renee are great. Good bunch of lads / girls in the classes too!

SI fu Chris and the whole team are so kind and encouraging, whilst being highly professional and uncompromising about the quality of teaching. It feels like you’re part of a supportive family - and at the same time you’re learning skills for life and keeping fit! Our daughter is autistic, and struggles with coordination and motor skills as well as self Regulation. Kung fu helps her focus and keep fit and she has loads of fun. Although my partner and I don’t train, we really feel as if the whole family is a part of the Kung fu school. It was a lifeline during lockdown and beyond! Thank you!
