SI fu Chris and the whole team are so kind and encouraging, whilst being highly professional and uncompromising about the quality of teaching. It feels like you’re part of a supportive family - and at the same time you’re learning skills for life and keeping fit! Our daughter is autistic, and struggles with coordination and motor skills as well as self Regulation. Kung fu helps her focus and keep fit and she has loads of fun.
