My daughter's teacher is Alison Chiang. She is a great teacher who is patient and very knowledgeable about teaching and playing the piano. She is not so strict as some other teachers, but firm enough to make my daughter practice. She sends homework after each class to remind her what to do. My daughter has learned piano for 4 years before she started learning with Alison. Her previous teacher was very strict and degraded my daughter's motivation to play piano. She told me she hated piano and wanted to quit. However, after she started learning piano with Alison, she gained more motivation and enjoyed playing piano more. Amelia started singing lessons over a year ago now due to her love of musical theatre and performing really to help her for auditions with singing parts as she has danced since she was 3. I am no expert but she can hold a note now and her confidence has grown and I love watching and listening to her perform, which she does at every opportunity. She also started playing piano at begining of lockdown which I know she has wanted to do for a ver long time. Highly recommend.
