We arranged for Rob to install our Easee charger during our moving house process, but due to issues in the chain we were delayed a number of times. When we finally got a confirmed date, Rob and his assistant attended within a week of us moving and have done a fantastic job on the installation.
When Rob and his asssitant arrived, they were both very polite, and we talked through the work to be done and the position of the charger with ease. Both of them worked well together and the work was very neat, and it is clear to see that they really do care about their work, and especially their attention to all the small details.
All the required DNO notices were completed, and an emailed invoice and warranty were provided by email within a day or so after the installation.
Alround, we really cannot say enought to recommend Rob and the team for the great work that they have done for us, and the approach and attidute taken.
