I am a professional musician and have been teaching privately (singing, piano, violin, music theory) for over 10 years. I started the violin and piano at the age of five and went on to play violin in the prestigious Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Orchestra up until the age of eighteen. I have a Masters degree in classical and operatic singing from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and two bachelor of music degrees from the University of Manchester and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (where I was a scholarship student).

I have many years of experience teaching children and adults of different levels. Some of my students take grade exams some just work on their favourite pieces or pieces of my suggestion. I am very friendly, positive and approach my teaching on the pupils' need, about half of my students are adults and the other half children.
