Tamina was so friendly and explained everything giving a fixed very affordable price. Ella absolutely found a new friend she trusted in Tamina and when we collected Ella she looked absolutely amazing causing my wife being emotional about how good she looked and how well she was cared for. This all took a fair bit of stress and upset off all three of us from our loss of Mia. Ella also had a lovely charm on her harness specially made by Tamina which was another lovely surprise for us.
