I cannot recommend Marta highly enough! She gave our three-month-old puppy her very first full grooming experience, and it could not have gone more perfectly.
From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly gentle, patient, loving, and attentive. She took so much care to make sure our puppy felt completely safe and comfortable, and it truly showed — puppy stayed calm, relaxed, and happy throughout the entire session without any tantrums or stress. Marta never looks at time and session ran for 2.5 hours each time because she removed every single knot in a gentle possible way — no shortcuts taken.
What impressed me the most was that she never rushed anything or cared about the time. Their only focus was making sure our little puppy was comfortable, well looked after, and had a positive first grooming experience. The amount of care, delicacy, and genuine love they showed was absolutely exceptional.
Professional, compassionate, and truly amazing with puppies — I’m so grateful we found them. Thank you both for making her first grooming experience such a beautiful one!

Marta is fabulous . Her love of animals is very evident in her gentle nature with my 14 year old Jack Russel. She is very loving and attentive to detail. We had a visit today from the lovely Gentle Paws ladies, as our Spitzpoo, Cherry, was in need of a groom. She is so anxious when we leave her anywhere, she absolutely hates going to the groomers, especially! So we thought we would see how she got on with a home visit. I must I say I was so impressed with how Marta and Jen were with our Cherry. They came with all their equipment & were so gentle & loving, lots of encouragement and they took their time to work at her pace changing up where necessary. Within 20 mins she stopped being so anxious and actually seemed to enjoy the attention! She seemed relaxed and that is so important to us. The ladies were open to our comments and suggestions but we trusted their expertise and we were not disappointed at all. I used not to enter the client house and always washing hands, trying to use gloves and masks for all the time.
