It has always been a goal of mine. I left college and worked in the industry for a couple of years gaining experience before beginning to set out by myself.
I offer prescriptive and tailored treatments to my clients rather than a run of the mill massage routine. I have utilised my skills learned over years in the industry and learned techniques I can apply to therapies.

There have been a lot of changes since the Covid pandemic. The night before the appointment, I will send you either a text or email (your preference) with a questionnaire regarding Covid (have you had a persistent cough, have you had contact with anyone with COVID etc) I will meet you downstairs and take your temperature before taking you upstairs to the clinic. A hand sanitisation station is just before the door to the clinic and you are required to sanitise your hands before coming in. During consultation we’ll go over answers to the questionnaire answered the night before and a normal consultation form (covering areas of pain etc).
I have taken all the towels off the table and replaced them with a plastic wipeable sheet so I can sanitise the table in between my patients. I also request that patients take their own towels, so you can be covered during treatment.
I have disposable PPE that I wear - mask, apron, gloves & face shield.
