My first lesson was so much fun thank you Matt, im really happy I can't wait for the next lesson,This is my 3rd attempt at having lessons and I'm so happy to finally find a teacher who can get me on track. I've had two teachers previous to finding matt and Ive had periods where I havnt played much. My last teacher wasn't very good and didn't really inspire me to play or practice. My first lesson with Matt was amazing he explained everything so easily, he created the lesson based on my love for blues and rock and he managed to merge together everything so I already understand what a key is for the first time ever and I can already improvise over a basic 12 bar. He gave me two exercises covering 4 songs I really love and everything just fit. I loved it so much i cant wait for the next lesson. Thank you Matt you've really helped inspire me to play again and restored my faith that I might actually get somewhere this time.

Seeing the way mentoring and encouragement to learn re-enforces the adoption of new skills, inspired me to think about this with respect to Guitar Tuition.
