We offer a very personal service and try to explain the complex world of financial advice in easy to understand plain English. Where possible we use modern technology platforms to hold all clients investments, pensions and supporting paperwork for any business we conduct on your behalf. We are also involved in the mortgage business and appreciate that this also can be a complicated process for a client to navigate.
I started my financial service life in the Prudential and customer service was an integral part of the organisation. I have always thought that my role is one to try and help clients/customers/friends with the tricky world of finance and money. I have been helping clients since 1994 and still enjoy the challenge that clients bring. It is very satisfying to help someone with a financial problem and to guide them through to a positive outcome.
I new back in 1998 that being an independent financial adviser was the route I was going to take. I started my first business in 1998 after having 3 years service at Prudential and ran it through to 2003. I then started this latest business in 2008 and have been dealing with a broad range of clients needs since then.
We keep our service very personal and will always treat clients professionally and will try and help them as much as we can
We are happy to work remotely with clients or offer a face to face meeting, electronically or in person. We are located on the Isle of Wight so nipping up to Edinburgh for a 1 hour may prove unrealistic. However with some of my children and family member's spread around the UK there is a chance this could be arranged
Not sure this is so relevant --however if we arrange a face to face meeting --please advise on any health concerns you may have which we will be happy to accommodate where possible
