We had a small area of damp you they rear of out property. We got a few quotes and Cotswolds were competitive. Work was done with the specified time period and the workers were very tidy and cleaned up afterwards.

John was friendly and listened to all that I needed to ask him. He was professional and knew what my problem was and how I might be able to get this fixed. All in all it was a good experience

I was very pleased with the thorough and professional way in which Craig investigated then treated the large areas of penetrating damp in a bedroom wall in my old cottage. He explained the steps he would take and why! The job was completed with minimum disruption and mess, and looks ready for decorating when appropriate! I had some damp coming into my bay of my lounge. I had 3 quotes and I was relieved that Brian from BES Preservations came in the cheapest as out of all of them, Brian seemed the most genuine and knowledgable. In fact Brian was a good £700 cheaper than the other quotes!During the process, Brian discovered that I had a live woodworm problem. He treated the skirting and floorboards at a very, very reasonable rate.The whole job was finished ahead of schedule and Brian kept the mess to a minimum as best he could.
