From the very first time they came out to give us a price, we felt we were in good hands. Everything was explained clearly, we paid the deposit, and we were then sent pictures of the different roof tiles so we could choose exactly what we wanted.
The organisation and speed of the whole job really amazed us.
Tuesday morning, the scaffolding arrived at 7:20am and was all up by 9:30am. The skip arrived at 1pm, and then Wednesday morning at 7:30am, 11 workers turned up and all the materials started arriving.
By 11am the old tiles were already off, and by 6pm the old roof was completely stripped, the new battens were on and everything was ready for the new tiles.
Thursday morning they were back again at 7:30am and, unbelievably, by 6pm our brand-new roof was finished! They also completed the porch, gutters and fascias, and everything looks fantastic.
Then by Friday, our flat roof was completed too.
As homeowners, we really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. There was no hanging around, no chasing anyone, and no unnecessary delays. Everyone worked so hard and the whole team were friendly, respectful and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
But most importantly, we absolutely love the finished result. Our house looks completely different and we are so pleased with how beautiful it looks.
A massive thank you to everyone involved for all your hard work. It’s not every day you have a new roof put on your home, and we feel so lucky that the whole experience was so stress-free and straightforward.
