They were true professionals throughout the day, Chris and Jane helped us with everything guided us to the best layouts for photos. They went above and beyond the call of duty even helping out when one of the suits didn't fit correctly!
Chris and Jane were careful to take time to explain all our options to us at our first meeting and all the prices were discussed upfront. They called us again a week before the wedding to check if we were still happy with the plan. The slideshow of the days photos at the start of the evening ceremony was one of the highlights of the day and many of my guests have commented on how excellent it was. It is now available on Youtube for us to watch at any time this is a really nice touch. We had the pleasure of Jay Morgan come and take some great images of our new born baby girl just seven days after she was born. Straight away we could tell that jay new what he was doing .And he made us feel at ease with all the posed shots he did. we were given a password and a private online gallery and family members were also able to login in form far and wide and view all the pictures for free. And they were also able to use the automated checkout to purchase some great images of our little girl on prints , canvas, and other selected products delivered direct to our door in a few easy clicks. We have been so pleased that we are now having a follow up package which includes a photo shoot at our home every three months due to the fact that our little girl will be getting bigger and changing so much in such a short time. myself and my husband met Mark and Nat at a wedding fair in 2019. I instantly loved their portfolio and simple to understand packages. the products felt great quality and we were excited to get them booked. Mark and Natalie came over to have a chat about our day. We were supposed to get married in 2020 but had to postpone and this was really straightforward and Mark was really accommodating. We had a final meeting about a month before the big day where we gave our family setup details and wish list photos. The big day came and I cannot put into words how impressed, I was with both Mark and Nat, they were at the venue when I arrived to get ready all set up and raring to go. Nat was absolutely incredible at organising everyone and went above and beyond our expectations on numerous occasions. sorting out flowers, fetching this that and the other. They didn't hinder or get in the way of anything or anyone. Mark blends into the crowd and you forget that he's there. Our photos are incredible, and I can't thank Mark and Nat enough. My Sister has decided on her suppliers for her wedding now... she's 17 and not getting married any time soon, but she was so impressed with Mark and Nat, she says she would definitely be booking them😂
