Splash photography- There's only so much I could say that will still fall short of the quality this business gave us. Hamish co-ordinated our wedding on Thursday 14/3 and was also our MC. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to Hamish and the Photography/ Videography team for all their amazing work and diligence! the preparation was so smooth and easy flowing, their commitment to detail and their workmanship was second to none. Hamish personally was a true gentleman, went above and beyond to ensure our big special day was captured to perfection. I couldn't recommend Splash photography enough for any events, ESPECIALLY something as important as your big day!! Also a massive thank you to Julie for all the behind the scenes work and co-ordination, the whole team pulled through and we are beyond grateful for the opportunity to have had Hamish and Splash Photography at our wedding! 10/10

Having taken the plunge and purchased our first set of decent cameras, my partner and I soon realised that for absolute beginners like ourselves, the incredible wealth of information available to us out there was both overwhelming and at times contradictory. It was fantastic to have access to an industry giant such as Guy as our guide for our “Photography Course for Beginners” to help distil a lot of the noise and pave the foundations for our journey into photography. Spending 3 hours with any stranger can often be daunting, but Guy was a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient and made my partner and I not only comfortable from the get-go, but thoroughly engaged – it soon became apparent how fast time was flying! For something that can clearly be quite technical, Guy had a wonderful ability of making things not only easy to understand, but the learning process fun. The steps for each lesson during the workshop were clearly well thought out, and the practical experiences a great balance of being educational, whilst encouraging you to tease out your own creative side where possible. By the end of the lesson, it felt like we had only found the tip of the iceberg, and left us thoroughly excited and wanting for more (after we’ve consolidated our first lesson that is!). Would highly recommend Guy for all levels as his experience, candour and personality make for a much-wanted mentor at any stage of your journey as a creative!
