He agrees any variations l made to the job specification and updated me in writing. He installed a complete new bathroom suite, removals and replaced with complete new wall and floor tiling with brand new 2 toilets and 2 sinks installed. He took time to draw the plan of work l wanted and he explained in detail writing how the work would progress, from the beginning to the end. He updated me daily with pictures and photos. He never rushed to another job and help me to source the listed work materials l needed to buy. He was not wasteful with material but help me to get discounted materials l needed. Brilliant work on an emergency call out to my tenants flat over the Christmas break otherwise the tenants would have been left without heating and hot water

Our bathroom was completely refurbished with new wall tiles, shower, toilet, basin and floor with underfloor heating. All the work was completed to the highest standard and within the expected time. They cleared up very thoroughly at the end of each day so there was very little dust. Delighted with the end result.
