Called Zac whilst he was away and he commited to come to the property upon his return. He arrived promptly and we discussed all the options available to create much needed fourth bedroom.
Since the option chosen was least complicated and also cost efficient, he came forward saying that drawings plan would not be required and neither pushed for it to be done nor tried to convince me otherwise to earn some money. Assuming the project meets the criteria for a Permitted Development project.
1- Survey the existing garage and house if attached.
2- Provide our clients with comprehensive architectural drawings of both existing and proposed works for the project.
3- Satisfy Building Control by providing them with all the information to approve the project.
4- Advise my client as to the best route to get works started.
