He Replaced 3 interior pine doors and some bedroom roll blinds it was a very good service.i was very happy. I can recommend.

We’ve had issues with multiple doors incuding the kitchen door , flat door and outside door for years. Marco came along and within 2-3 days fixed all of these issues . From changing 2 of the doors, cutting them to the right size, painting the doors, installing fire doors to installing handles on the outside doors as before we had to pull on the lock to open the doors to make it easier to open the door and adding a tool to make the doors close themselves without us needing to push the door shut. Honestly Marco was amazing and very friendly aswell and it was not akward having him in our house , he made us comfortable, had no issues with our cat as he would get in the way sometimes which he didnt mind which i appreciated although i did apologise continously as i know it can get annoying for some people but i love pet friendly people . I had some carpentry work carried out by this company.
"Marco" ( the owner) was extremely helpful with his advice and recommendations. His quotes were fair and totally transparent.
He was prompt in carrying out the work, that was of excellent quality and he was totally professional at all times.
He is extremely trustworthy and I would recommend his services highly and would be very happy to use him again. More...

Im afraid this wasnt a good experience. Marco contacted me upon my bark request and was very keen, he visited to check the work the day before and we agreed on the items and he offered to pick up any other items around the house with no mention of any extra cost on what was agreed as a flat fee. The main item was to hang kitchen cabinets, the problem was realised when he left as the kitchen light switch was basically not turning the lights off unless you switch off from the main consumer board. Upon looking closer it looked like he has put the screw through the cable feeding the switch (directly above so basic knowledge of where not to drill is not there).
I had to hire an electrician for £200 to remedy this whom advised that it cut the cable but the screw acted as a conductor(you can get a signal through it when you test it). When I told Marco, he simply said I checked before drilling and worst of all he said these things happen! and when I asked for a compensation he gave a personal excuse to not being able to pay and finally dodged my multiple requests.
Basically no accountability what so ever and no sorry.
So long story short, he might be able to put up a kitchen cabinet but he will break another item and cost you more money. P.S I was also blamed for him getting a ticket blocking my neighbours driveway so not sure what this goes down as. More...

Basicly in any of our work errors you need to contact us before you act by yourself. In this case you hired an electrician and paid him (based on your story) by your own desicion and then called us after the issue was solved and forced us to pay that. We have qualified electricians that are regularly working with us and we could solve the issue without any additional costs if you called us before touching anything and hiring an electrician by yourself. In the other side of this case as you mentioned in your review, we did more tasks and jobs other than the items we agreed for FREE. We didn't charge you for them so you need to consider this. And finally even very experienced trademen can put a screw or nail in a wrong place once a year, this is very normal my friend. We are human not robots. Regards
