We can help you find a tenant, collect the rent and manage the maintenance of your property. Our ultimate goal is your peace of mind. Our letting fee starts from 8.5% no VAT.
Property search and acquisition (buy/rent)

We protect your best interest by negotiating the lowest purchase price/rent and managing the transaction from A to Z . Our buying service costs minimum £3000 (no VAT) and our rental search service costs 2 weeks rent (no VAT).

Our Property Management service is designed for landlords looking for peace of mind and high standards at reasonable prices. We work with a team of selected and competent traders with all necessary relevant accreditations.
