This is just an email to thank you for the wonderful job you did in cleaning my carpets. There were stains that had been there for a long time and I really didn’t think that they could be fully removed. The results that you achieved far exceeded my expectations and the carpets have been returned to such a good condition that they look new again.

I had Bobby come to my house today for a deep clean after a long illness, she was brilliant. Such an efficient, thorough clean, and she went over and above, really taking the time to talk through what I needed and what to prioritise.
She is pleasant and polite and she even tidied my son’s toys and folded his clothes, and made our beds so beautifully with all his teddies sat in a line - he was really chuffed.
Will definitely be asking her back - I was so happy as I’ve been overwhelmed since being unwell and her attention to detail made me feel like o can cope with the house again. Thanks!
