What do you love most about your job?
There's nothing quite as satisfying as going home after a day's work knowing you've done something really important, really special, seeing someone smile, knowing that you helped cause it. So not only do I feel I am making a difference, but I am also growing both personally and professionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having my own business always been my major goal in life, create something that can support my family is an inspiration and also gives the opportunity to leave a legacy not only to them but anyone who joins us on this journey.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of our carers have taken the vaccine at this point, clients and carers still being tested on weekly basis, we have ordered a larger stock of PPE to ensure we don't run low , we also restructured carers working schedule to incentive them to cycle or walk to work when possible, that help to keep them fit and also avoid taking the public transport.
