What I love most about working with Walfinch Leeds as a director is the ability to make a real difference in people's lives. I get to lead a dedicated team of caregivers who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care to those who need it most. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact our services have on our clients and their families, knowing that we’re helping people maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and I feel proud to be part of something so meaningful.

What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was the desire to have a direct impact on the quality of care provided in my community. I wanted to create a service that truly puts people first—both clients and staff. I saw a need for more compassionate, personalized home care and believed I could bring something valuable to the table by fostering a culture of care, trust, and respect. The idea of building something from the ground up and leading with integrity also motivated me to take that step and make a difference.
