Oven Cleaning
Had VS Group in today to clean my really dirty cooker before I move.... all COVID compliant and 2.5 hours later my cooker is gleaming, and all for a very reasonable price too!
Will use for the “End of Tenancy” clean before I actually move!

Viktor was very helpful, and the oven was so clean after he had finished; he also informed me that the ovenlight glass cover was broken . [I contacted the manufacturer (Neff) and purchased a replacement, and readily fitted it] . The price of the clean was very reasonable. More...

Absolutely brilliant work & great value for money.! It took Viktor 2.5 hours to clean our filthy, never before cleaned oven but despite that, it looks amazing. I can't praise the guy enough for the polite & professional attitude taken on this ridiculously difficult job. More...

How long have you been in business?
VS Group Ltd has been in business since 2020, giving us over 6 years of experience in the cleaning industry. During this time, we have worked with commercial properties, schools, offices, student accommodation, builders and private clients.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring all our equipment and professional supplies for cleaning.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is seeing the difference we make for our clients. Taking a property from dusty, messy or heavily used to clean, fresh and ready to use is very satisfying. I also enjoy building a reliable team, meeting new clients, and making sure every job is completed to a high professional standard.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to build something of my own, create jobs for other people, and provide a reliable service that customers can trust. I saw that there was strong demand for professional cleaning carried out properly, with good communication, attention to detail, and consistent standards. Starting VS Group Ltd gave me the opportunity to grow a team and deliver that level of service myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us because we are reliable, professional and committed to delivering consistently high standards. We provide experienced and trained cleaning teams, professional equipment and products, full insurance, strong health and safety management, and ISO-certified quality and environmental systems. We also offer flexible scheduling, fast response times and backup staff when required, so clients can depend on us even when deadlines are tight.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Our cleaning services are carried out on-site, so the physical work cannot be provided remotely. However, we can manage many parts of the service online, including quotations, bookings, contract discussions, site documentation, risk assessments, RAMS, COSHH information, invoices, scheduling and customer support by email, phone or video call.
For some jobs, we can also provide an initial quotation from photographs, videos or floor plans before arranging a site visit if required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We introduced enhanced cleaning and hygiene procedures to help keep our customers and staff safe. This includes regular disinfection of high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, worktops and shared facilities, use of appropriate professional cleaning products, good hand-hygiene practices and suitable PPE where required.
Our team also follows site-specific health and safety procedures and can adapt cleaning schedules or working methods to reduce disruption and unnecessary contact with building users.
