Grant was one of the first people we met on our wedding planning journey and we feel so incredibly lucky to have worked with him. From the beginning Grant was supportive of what we wanted and the bespoke package meant we got exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price. Grant was always around to answer questions or help us figure out what shots were possible, even taking the time to do a walk through of our venue before the wedding to make sure everything could run smoothly. On the day itself Grant and his colleague Camille were true professionals and captured everything beautifully. We were able to be completely relaxed knowing we had two fantastic people capturing memories for us (extra shout out for Grant sticking around late to capture some spectacular sparkler shots). We love all of the photos and footage from the day and Grant consulted with us to produce several truly gorgeous, high quality photo books for us and our guests. I strongly recommend Vidigi Media Services. I located two old video tapes from 1996-2002, hoping to get them digitalised for viewing as a gift for Christmas to my family. I spoke to them over the phone initially, they explained the whole process and prices and returned my two tapes footage (one with damage but they still managed to recover the footage) within two-three weeks of dropping them off despite it being the Christmas period. Communication throughout was exceptional and the footage itself was better than I expected from such old tapes. Vidigi Media Services was an absolute godsend! I asked Grant to digitise 11 Cinefilms at very short notice for my sister’s 50th birthday. Despite them being over 40 years old and not in the best condition, the result was tremendous. The job was completed much quicker than other companies I had researched could promise. All communication was professional, warm and fast. The service we received was personalised to our needs and Grant offered a really competitive price, giving us a considerable discount, which was really appreciated! He clearly understood the sentimental value of the originals and the importance of our tight time frame. I’m totally clueless with all things computers, but Grant explained the whole process clearly and patiently, sending the finished films electronically in a format even I could use! Me and my husband got married on the 23/08/2025 our wedding day was perfect and that Is thanks to grant he is amazing at what he does so friendly builds your package around you, you pick what photos you would like taking on the day he was fantastic, we have just received our wedding album and it's beautiful Grant is so good at his job he took some amazing photos of our day and captured some amazing memories of our friends and family, would highly recommend this man for your special day.

I've used Vidigi Media several times over the years for corporate photo shoots, and I can't recommend them enough. Grant and his team are super friendly and very accommodating, quickly putting my staff at ease. I'm always full of 'brilliant' ideas, and Grant is happy to follow my lead. Equally, I'm sure if you've no idea what you want, Grant will be able to guide you/suggest how to approach the shoot using his vast experience. Our most recent shoot was for a website update, including a refresh on our Meet the Team page. The photos were so great they barely needed any alteration, and when they did, it was more "Can you make me look less tired?" and "Please get rid of my double chin!". Several years ago we were passed some family documents. Included in this were some items from Adam’s grandfather from his time in the war. One of the items was his training book. This book included hand draw schematics for engines, part lists and other details. But it was very fragile. We talked about sending it off somewhere to have it recreated but just felt that sending it off to an unknown person would be a risk we did not want! So when Grant mentioned he could digitise images I reached out about our book. I am so happy I did. Firstly, I’m not sure who was the most excited about the process. Grant's enthusiasm shone through the whole project! He treated the book with the same reverence we did and returned the original in the same condition he had received it which was no mean feat as we did expect some of the pages to fall out! The attention to detail was outstanding, from matching the exterior style to showcasing the drawings and extending the look of the paper where needed. It really is like looking through the original. On Top of all of this the communication and patience shown throughout were exemplary! Each step off the way we were given choices and the time to reflect on them! We created this book as a gift for Joe, Adam’s dad. But it was also a joy to be able to share with Benjamin without worrying that he might not be quite so gentle with the pages, although when we first showed him he was not that excited but when we opened the first large scale colour drawing he was amazed and wanted to know more about how engines work! The book has gone down so well in the family that other family members have also ordered and so far we have 6 more copies on order! Very pleased to share this review of the services at Vidigi media , I was looking to save the home movies I had on my VHS cassettes so I looked on google to find someone who could, most people told me they were really busy had long weeks waiting time. But when I called Grant he said he would be able to do it relatively quickly so I went ahead with him. One of my cassettes had torn in the middle but he did a good job and repaired it and then saved the files on a usb for me. He also sent me links so I could send the videos by them to my children and family which was really good as they are all far away. My son is so happy now to see the home video which had torn ..saved on usb now as it had his childhood memories. I’m so glad I came across Grant who really knew what he was doing and stored the videos on usb for me. After struggling to convert my old VHS tapes using my own VCR player as the picture was scrolling, I asked Grant if he would be able to help. He felt confident that he could fix the problem and a couple of weeks later I had the links to the converted tapes! The scrolling problem had been resolved and I was able to gift the converted videos to my Dad for Father’s Day.
