What do you love most about your job?
No two days are the same, and every day brings new challenges which we have to face. It is a continuous learning path. We also meet some wonderful people who share the same values and principles as us and find true pleasure in helping others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Throughout many years, all people we cared for made us realise that no one is invincible, and at some point in life, we all need a little helping hand to carry on.
Far too often, people assume that they know better what others need or want and categorise them because of their past or illnesses without giving them a chance to express themselves.
Not being able to change people's mentality really frustrated us. So we decided to open our own company, build on what we believe excellent care should look like—giving our clients and the staff the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential.

Our team had additional training sessions on infection prevention and Covid-19 specific training
We made changes in the way we provide staff, minimising rotation
We introduced mandatory testing for our carers based on Government guidelines
We increased the frequency of audits and staff supervisions to be able to recognise any areas needing improvement
