Had several quotes from independents and well known brands. Trulawn was very competitive. The site survey was completed really helpful informative and no pushy sales. Materials turned up day before as planned then day of install met by the installation team bang on time. It was the 2 hottest days of the yeah and the team led by Zee , with Mason and another couple of lovely young lads were so hard working , so professional , so nice I couldn’t recommend them enough they are true ambassadors and deserve a bonus! Worst service ever seen.... We agreed with sales rep who confirmed it will be 1 joint due to size of garden but on day of installation their team done 3 joints which I queried but they made excuse that don't worry I will not be able to see any joints but till today joints visible…. After one week when I queried again and all in writing on email, first they made excuse it could be weather so turf not settled and ask me to wait a few months and now it’s more than 6 months their visible joints, lot of ripples and bumps on turf which I complained again… April they said they too busy but they will send someone in few weeks so a team member came on 15th June finally and as soon he saw the turf he said he unable to fix and taking pictures and videos to send to office and they will call me in a day or 2 with next step, now I am sending them emails and no one really bother to reply…. Why they say 2 years warranty and 10-year guarantee…. if they cannot fix in 6 months….look like they just keep dragging the time so 2 years warranty will pass?? I want them to get this fixed without any further delays…..and as said I don’t want 3 joints since their words was these lines will disappear, and has failed in 6 months so amount of money spent why should I be in situation that after few months same line will appear again and I will just be chasing these guys again…. My landscaper made several mistakes with our lawn, which left me with a lot of concerns. When I called Trulawn, I was fortunate to speak with Melody, who was absolutely outstanding. Even though I wasn't a direct customer, as my landscaper had purchased from Trulawn, Melody took the time to help and support me. She listened patiently to all my concerns, provided her contact details so I could send photos of the lawn, and carefully reviewed everything I shared. Over the following days, she answered numerous questions, guided me on what should have been expected during the lawn construction process, and even sent helpful YouTube guidance on the correct laying procedure. What impressed me most was that no question ever seemed like a burden. Melody was always kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me understand the situation. She went above and beyond to make me feel supported and reassured during a stressful experience. I've rarely experienced customer service of this standard. Really happy with the service from Tru Lawn from start to finish. Daniel came out first to survey the garden and talk us through all the options. He took his time, explained everything properly, and didn’t rush us at all. Our garden is quite big, so we were a bit unsure how it would all look and whether it would tie in with the rest of the landscaping, but he gave us confidence from day one. Once we agreed everything, Darren and his team came in pretty quickly to get started. They were friendly, polite, always on time, and just easy to have around. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the fence but they came straight back out and corrected it. No hassle no arguments just sorted it! Our grass flooded every year and finally bit the bullet and went for artificial. Charles came round to do our quote and he was so incredibly helpful. Didn’t become short when I asked question after question being worried about something going wrong. Quote was £1000 cheaper than another company. The team turned up at half 8 as planned and worked so hard barely taking a break. Put our washing line back in which I know was a pain in the arse for them!! All very friendly which may or may not have had something to do with our puppy!! Anyway, finished product is amazing, no more flooding and much better for the dog. Go for it!! More...

However our Canopy was damaged by the equipment they used, and trying to get a response from the office for a resolve was very poor. The person responsible hadn't advise the office about the accident apparently. I have only just received the compensation for our claim from their insurers, which was an ongoing issue with me having to chase them for a response. I would be happy to recommend them, their work and honesty was really nice, accidents do happen.
