What do you love most about your job?
The most enjoyable part of the job is working with clients, it's very rewarding when you have the second meeting with a client to show them their ideas translated into and either 2D or 3D drawing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in both the Architectural & Construction industries for some time, studied for over 5 years and really wanted to utilise my knowledge by working on my own projects rather than working for a company.

We offer a free 30-minute consultation to all potential clients. While we do prefer for this to take place at the property, we are able to do it online if required.
Architectural Design
Our architectural design services are at the heart of what we do. We specialise in creating innovative and functional designs that meet the unique needs of each client.
Please find our process below:
1) Free 30 minute in-person consultation: We start each project with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, requirements, and vision for the project.
2) Architectural Proposal: After your consultation we will follow up with a proposal based on our discussions which will outline how we intend to execute your project in detail.

3) Measured Survey: We perform an on-site measured survey to precisely capture the dimensions and features of the existing building.
4) Architectural Drawings: Following the measured survey, we create comprehensive architectural drawings based on the collected data. These drawings include floor plans, elevations, sections, and other necessary documentation to accurately represent the proposed design. We offer both 2D and 3D designs.
4) Client Review: We provide the proposed drawings to the client for review, allowing them to thoroughly examine the plans and provide feedback.
Planning Permission
Obtaining planning permission can be a complex and stressful process, making effective planning advice crucial for securing approval the first time around.
At TR Architectural Services, we offer expert guidance on all aspects of the English and Welsh planning systems to support your application. We handle the entire process, submitting the application on your behalf and managing all correspondence with the council.
Building Regulations
Our team can provide you with building regulation drawings. These are a separate set of drawings to your planning drawings. There are a set of standards and guidelines that dictate the minimum requirements for the design, construction, and alteration of buildings.
Compliance with building regulations is crucial for the success of any construction project.
Along with the drawings, we can submit the application and liaise with Building Control on your behalf.
