Best decision I ever made. Our cleaner always does an outstanding job, so polite, professional and respectful of our home. Having recently returned to work from maternity leave, my free time was limited to take on day to day tasks with two small children. This has given me the opportunity to spend extra time with my kids on my days off, one of whom requires extra medical care every day. Wish I done this sooner!! I wish I’d used Time for You cleaners years ago. We’re time poor and so to come home at the weekend to a lovely sparklingly house is amazing. What a straightforward and simple process to set everything up. Ralph and Hazel could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I’ve had several cleaners in the past who I employed directly who always let me down or didn’t turn up which is why I decided to go through a company this time that vetted the staff and ensured they were reliable and our cleaner, Catherine is an absolute gem. I also needed a cleaner for my mother-in-law and they sensibly assigned the same person (without me even requesting) and she is extremely reliable, kind and helpful. Greicy is wonderful, such a hard worker and nothing is too much trouble for her. I have a fatigue condition so being able to rely on Time For You means I can do the other important stuff like working! I like that you pay the cleaning person direct, it means you know they are getting the full amount and the quarterly admin fee to TFY is reasonable and makes sense.
