Highly highly recommended cleaning company From initial contact with team to assigning our cleaner and what a great job at matching cleaners. My mum and I both started using Time For You say the same time. Ralph took the time to come and meet us and chat about what we were looking for and matched us both perfectly with cleaners suited to our needs - thank you Absolutely first class cleaning - Monika is amazing and I couldn’t be without her now. Ours was a one off clean before putting house on the market . Setting up appointment was really easy I dealt with Conner who is so easy to talk to . We went through Time For You Fife to get a cleaner for my elderly aunt and it worked very well. My aunt is delighted with Nancy, who is kind, thoughtful friendly, reliable and goes above and beyond for her.

Please be aware that the information you get on the phone might not be accurate. I had a conversation on the phone where I explicitly asked if my location is a problem or if bi-monthly cleaning is a problem. I was told it would be fine and that the price is 15,- per hour for the cleaner and 5,- fee for the company. The company fee would have be to be paid for 3 months in advance. Today the owner came to my house as requested to discuss my cleaning requirements and he suddenly told me bi-monthly cleaning would be 22,- per hour and that would be due to the location as well..... As 22,- per hour for a light domestic clean is absolutely extortionate - especially with the extra 2 pound just going into the admin fee and not being paid to the cleaner I am looking for a company now who does not employ these tactics. I started with time for you fife 7 months ago and have absolutely loved my time with them. The team are incredibly friendly and helpful and are always quick to source clients when asked for them. They will do everything they can to source local clients to keep travel times down which helps with fuel costs however non drivers can also benefit from this. They are always at the end of the phone if I have any queries and are always happy to help in any way they can. This is a company that clearly cares very much about their clients and their employees. Hazel and Ralph and the kids run an Amazing cleaning agency and as one of the cleaners under there franchise I am very proud and happy this family run business doesn’t only care for there clients but also us, they are always avails during the working day to get hold of and do there best to solve any issues.
