Can't speak highly enough of Think Free Solar; from the initial meeting with Daryl to the installation everything went smoothly and the team were fantastic. The scaffolding was put up the day before and taken down the day after installation, just as we were told, and the installation was surprisingly quick. The panels look great and have been performing well, despite a downturn in the weather. The team have been so helpful and friendly. Ben even waited when I was delayed getting home from work to help me install the app on my phone and explained how everything worked. Our experience with Think Free Solar has been nothing but excellent from start to finish. The scaffold went up the day before fitting and down the day after. Fitting day the lads were great, very professional and open to any questions we had. They worked very hard. We were delighted with the end result and they left everything immaculate. Even from the initial consultation we had a feeling we were going with the right company and it was the way to go. The set up was done to our requirements and electric usage. Daryl, Tom and Danielle are very friendly, helpful and approachable. If I had any questions about anything they were happy to answer them no matter what time of day or night. The fitting date was Monday, scaffolding went up Friday and was down on the Tuesday which was great. The scaffolding lads were excellent and very careful with installation round the house. Fitting day my wife was a little nervous about it but she said she shouldn’t have been as Ben, Al and Angus were lovely people, very professional, courteous and friendly. They tidied everything up at the end of the day and left everything spick and span. We had an issue with two batteries being damaged, not their fault, they stayed until it was sorted out and ended up doing an eleven and a half hour shift. Well done lads. Daryl and Danielle have even sorted out our electric tariffs so we are on the best one for our usage. The after sales experience is just as good as the fitting and I know that I am going to be looked after in the future. It’s been a great experience from start to finish. I can not recommend Daryl and his team enough.... Not only have they done a fantastic job on a family members solar panel installation. They went above and beyond through the whole process, so much so i personally went to thank the team and got chatting with Daryl, after a good chat he ended up donated over £2000 worth of fishing gear to some local boys who was possibly going to go down the wrong path. I was looking for a home battery system to power my home and eliminate power outages as we have them quite frequently. Think free solar gave me the best price for the system that I wanted and it was installed without any issues and is fully functioning as it should. I will see a very significant reduction in my monthly energy bill as the battery system is charged overnight on the off peak and my daytime grid usage is minimal now. In due course I will be increasing my battery capacity and adding more batteries for maximum efficiency due to the amount of energy we use on a daily basis. We had a solar and battery installed by Think Free Solar and they were great from the first consultation through to the finish and after. They listened to our requirements and designed a custom solution to meet our needs. The installation day was super smooth and all done within one day. The scaffolding went up and down within 3 days.
