THCG provided care for my father when he came out of hospital. The carers were well trained, caring and professional. They were reliable and punctual.
One carer in particular always went over and above her contracted duties to ensure the care needs were met. The company was flexible in terms of adjusting the times and frequencies of visits to suit my father.
The cost are fair, especially considering the location ( my father lived in a small village in West Sussex, some miles from the nearest town) .
I would recommend this company to others needing visiting carers.

To keep customers safe from COVID-19, The Health Care Group (THCG) Ltd can implement the following changes:
Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces and equipment. Ensuring all care staff wear appropriate PPE, including masks, gloves, and gowns. Providing training on the correct use and disposal of PPE. Conducting daily health screenings for care staff to check for symptoms of COVID-19.
Implementing temperature checks and monitoring for any signs of illness. To ensure all our staff are vaccinated and providing information and support to clients and their families regarding vaccination.
Regularly updating staff on the latest COVID-19 guidelines and best practices. Educating clients and their families about preventive measures and protocols. Implementing regular COVID-19 testing for care staff and ensuring quick access to testing for clients if needed. Maintaining clear and transparent communication with clients and their families regarding safety measures. Providing updates on any changes to services or protocols related to COVID-19.
Live-In Care
Do you need someone to look after your loved one providing 24hr care? This may be the right service for you whereby a live-in carer will stay and live withing your property to ensure daily needs are met
Home Care/Domiciliary
This is a service provided with visits throughout the day at your own schedule. Carer staff will visit to provide personal care such as washing, dressing, meals, medications
Sleep-In
Service provided for individuals who require support at night. Usually the care staff will support the individual up to three times in the night.
Waking Night
This service requires the care staff to be awake throughout the whole night and to prevent risk to the individual or others. Support will include, personal care, repositioning, light meals and refreshments.
Domestice and Shopping
This is for individuals who will also need support with general house chores throughout the week such as hoovering, dusting, moping and cleaning bathroom, bedrooms and general other areas to maintain a habitual environment.
Shopping needs can also be provided for those unable to manage this themselves. THCG can support with weekly shopping at local supermarkets
Social Inclusion
Are you in need of accessing the community? Do you have social clubs you like to attend to during the day?
This service is right for you and is provided either on daily basis or few days in week to go out for walk, escorted to various social clubs events etc with the support of care worker
